Questions Covered:

Segment 1: The Problems with Surrogacy

Segment 2: Should a Catholic be “Swole?”

Thomas Lahart created Flight Foods to unite faith, fitness, and clean nutrition under one mission, helping people fuel their training while honoring the body as a temple. He joins us to share his work.

Segment 3: What it means to be in Intimacy with Jesus (2 segments)
