The first step is to increase your self care. The second tip is to count your blessings or to look at the truth of your life versus the increasing thoughts of Doom and anxiety. The third tip is to take a look at first John chapter 1 verses 1 through 5 and identify how much of God's light you are allowing in your life. Increasing your positive and spiritual being of whatever you believe in will outweigh the negative. It's a mind trick that allows you to find the light in every situation. Whether you are going what you were going through to gain wisdom, find new experiences, find new strength, or to find a better support system and those who love you.
