  • Hustle is a Season | Edit No. 003

We’ve all seen the day-in-the-life videos: up at 5am, a workout, meetings back to back, a podcast recording, then dinner and an event. It’s become the accepted picture of what a successful woman looks like. But it’s only half the picture.

In this Thesis episode, I look back on one of the busiest years of my life: how it came to a head, and how ongoing health issues kept challenging it until I had no choice but to learn how to slow down and listen to my body. From that came a new framework: The Quiet Edit. Life pace is a personal luxury, and rest is a strategy.

We talk about why hustle should be a phase rather than a personality, and the strategic decisions I made when I had to pull back. I also cover why slowing down is one of the most luxurious things you can do for yourself, and the example I believe we should be setting for the next generation of women: both days count as success.

  • The Architecture of Legacy with MAISON | Edit No. 002

In this Edit, we sit down with Hannah Nieves and Maritza Tobon, the founders of Maison, for a conversation about legacy, intention, and what it truly means to build alongside other women.

Hannah and Maritza share how their careers began, the chance meeting that brought them together, and how Maison was born. We explore why, in a moment filled with female-founded communities, Maison stands apart; why legacy has been a pillar of Maison from its first day; and how their own lives mirror the values they built it on: affluence over influence, meaningful conversation, and the genuine support and promotion of other women.

We close with the three questions we ask every guest: what they’re still learning in this season, what they’ve edited out of their lives to become the women they are today, and the legacy they hope to leave behind.

Because we believe in building individual affluence over global influence. This is The Quiet Edit.

  • Building Individual Affluence Over Global Influence | Edit No. 001

    Edit No. 001, A Founder’s Note.

I’m Lauren L’Heureux, Founder and CEO of La.Rue, a brand agency built for founders who value substance over spectacle. Over the years, my work has become a study in what endures: brands built with intention, businesses built on trust, and lives designed around what truly matters. Today, I’m building a million-dollar agency on that same philosophy, and I’m ready to have a different kind of conversation.

The Quiet Edit is that conversation. In this first Edit, I share the philosophy behind it: building a life and business defined by discernment, depth, and legacy rather than vanity metrics. It’s about what we choose to keep, what we choose to edit out, and what it means to measure success on our own terms.

I also introduce how the show is curated, through Founder’s Notes, Conversations, Study, and Thesis, and what to expect from Collection I.

This is for the woman building something elevated, intentional, and entirely her own.

Because we believe in building individual affluence over global influence.
