What makes a space safe?
Every person has their own view of what safety means to them, so how can we uphold safe spaces when we work with our clients in private and/or group dynamics?
That's what I'll be touching on today my lovely.
And this is not from a "how to" perspective, mind you, but from "how I've done this so far" standpoint instead.
The more I learn, the more this expands, and I wanted to take you along for the ride with the 3 key points of my thought process - so you could potentially integrate this in your own business too!

If you run an online group program or an online course, then you've taken on the role of being a teacher, right? Yep. And here's the thing, while we may naturally step into these roles (sometimes without knowing), it's important for us to do what we can to provide an engaging learning experience.
With less than 4% of online courses ever being completed, and group program experiences finishing where clients feel more lost than before they joined - what can we do to help get our clients the results we promised?
In this episode, I'm joined by my dear friend Cassie Righter - The Clients Results Expert. She has a background in Teaching, Psychology, and Education, and now helps design curriculums for entrepreneurs with group coaching programs to deliver consistent, repeatable and kick-ass results for their clients.
Join us for this important conversation as we cover:
- The Difference Between How Children and Adults Learn, and What We Can Incorporate into Our Courses and Programs
- Elements of Equitable Teaching Practices
- The 5 Things We Need to Implement in Adult Learning Experiences
And so much more!

To trademark or not to trademark?
In this episode, I'm sharing some insights into my thought process as to why I filed for a couple of trademarks in my business.
So if you're considering trademarking parts of your business, maybe this short 'n' sweet episode can help!
When I think of visibility, I think of:
- Guesting on podcasts or hosting my own (HEYOOO!)
- Showing up on social media
- Being featured in Forbes
Y'know, the often big and shiny things.
And while there's room for all of these and beyond, there's one area that I never thought of when it came to visibility - and that is the power of blogging.
That's why I have my guest, Kate Kordsmeier, on the podcast today to shed some light about how we can show up once, and have that front-end work for us in the background for YEARS to come by having our own blog.
Join us as we talk about:
- Social Media vs Blogging - who wins the long term battle
- The easiest place to start if you want to start a blog
- The biggest mistakes new bloggers make
- How to make blogging sustainable for you
- 3 ways to monetize your blog
And much more!

I never thought I'd create a certification program, like, ever.
But much like the creation of my first mentorship program last year, this certification came to be because of an unshakeable desire to see a change in what's already available in the Podcast Guesting space.
That's why I wanted to share another behind-the-scene-y kind of episode where I'm sharing the creative process of this one-off-ish program.
Stay tuned as I share:
- What lit a fire under me when I witnessed the injustice for my WOC friend
- How this actually doesn't make business "sense" for me with an important decision
- The gift of advocacy I'm willing to give to my certification students
And so. much. more!
If this lands for you, I would love to invite you to send in your application here: www.MaikeeTsang.com/Certification
