you may feel your head (crown) tingling or hairs standing or pulling your ears ringing and tuning your third eye with pressure your throat dry (important to hydrate) your heart space opening and feeling the need to cry (allow this space to expand) your lower chakras in pains or pings as if your cramping or Gassing (use movement) Be one with yourself hold space for you.
