We don't always feel it, but there's this constant pressure to have everything figured out; what you want to do in life, what school to attend, your career.

But as time passes, the pressure increases. The questions we ask: Am I happy doing what I'm doing? What if I switch careers? Should I go back to school? 

Is it too late?

Many of us are guilty of being our own villains; plotting against our own plans, stopping ourselves from achieving success, putting in mental barriers that we have to get over on our own. 

We gotta stop that.

What if, what if, what if...?

I can't how many times I've had this thought come across my mind. And to be honest, it's a scary one. Getting over mental barriers like this one is tough. But here's one way to work through it.
