With Labor Day around the corner the Racing Foolz decided to discuss a seemingly forgotten event that happened on Labor Day 22 years ago. In the middle of the boom period for NASCAR, a race in the streets of Los Angeles was held featuring the NASCAR Southwest Tour and it featured a number of huge names including Mark Martin, Ron Hornaday Jr. and Ken Schrader. To commemorate the anniversary of this race we bring in Larry Collins who helped make the event happen and Craig Raudman who won the third and final edition of the race to chat about this event that will forever be a part of Southern California racing history.
