For the penultimate week of this year’s Five Weeks of Fright, Jeremy Weed is back to help us cover quite possibly the creme de la creme of Halloween television specials! We discuss its lush color pallet and atmosphere, the brilliance of Vince Guaraldi’s score, and even talk about what makes the Peanuts so special. All those things, plus, a huge setback affects Uli’s moving plans. It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown this week on the Radkast!
For week three of Five Weeks of Fright 6, we have a bonafide Halloween animation tour de force! It’s the classic Disney adaptation of Washington Irving’s tale of a school master who finds himself in a peaceful town, wrapped up in the lives of its citizens, and pursued by the local legend! The final half of the short alone is enough to have made our subject a staple of the season for many! Jeremy Weed makes his annual FWOF return to help us talk Disney’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow this week on the Radkast!
This week, Five Weeks of Fright 6 continues with a Beavis and Butthead Halloween special! The season 6 premiere of the show saw America's favorite morons venture out into the neighborhood to Trick or Treat. After Beavis gorges on candy, his sugar rush turns him into the his infamous persona the Great Cornholio! While Beavis goes off being a lunatic, Butthead has a run-in with Todd, who throws him in a trunk and takes him to the outskirts of town. Eventually, the two friend's paths cross again, however, the result is unexpectedly horrific. All this, plus Count Boris comes over to help Uli sort through belongings and bring some comic relief. It's Beavis and Butthead: Bungholio Lord of the Harvest this week on the Radkast!
Five Weeks of Fright is finally here! The Sixth edition of our month long Halloween celebration kicks off with the world's most famous gluttonous cat! We cover the lasagna loving loafer's first trick or treating excursion and the hard left turn it takes when his greed is met with a ghost story that becomes all too real. Plus, Uli is back, he's moving, and he's finding some unique time capsule items he forgot he even had. It's Garfield's Halloween Adventure this week on the Radkast!
This week on the show, right before the start of Five Weeks of Fright, we slip in a top notch edition of the Six Mix! Titus regales us with several humorous, and even embarrassing stories from childhood, we hear about country songs that sneak in some sort of religious message, and we talk the unmatched power of storytelling. This is just the tip of the iceberg with what we talked about during this joy of a discussion. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoying recording this weeks episode of the Radkast!
This week for the final entry in The Radkast 90s Summer 2026, we talk a childhood classic that always had a spot in our watch rotation, and will always have a spot in our hearts. Jeremy and Jess Weed return to the show to help us break down the blitzkrieg that was the marketing for Space Jam! The four of us talk the cultural impact both Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes had before the movie, we talk the merchandise that flooded the market, the merch we wish we had, we gush over the soundtrack, and our guests talk about what it was like to experience the mania during their formative years. All of this truly doesn't scratch the surface of everything we covered and dove into over the duration of this episode! Strap in for a ride this week as we present the Space Jam Movie Marketing thos week on the Radkast!
This week on the show, we talk a popular 90s cartoon staple that made its feature film debut! Those two lovable idiots of the MTV generation, Beavis and Butthead, made a grand trip across the country unintentionally wreaking havoc, having hallucinations in the desert, and unknowlingly were deemed threats to national security, all while being used as pawns by a married couple of independent arms dealers. How might the two teens get wrapped in all of this mess? How else? By following their two motivations...TV and the potential opportunity to score. Our brother Andy Webster returns to help us talk, and get a little existential, about Beavis and Butthead Do America this week on the Radkast!
