I want you to sit and really meditate on what you have suppressed. You have some things to say to your parents. Let’s apologize together.

If you who are an adult needs an apology for someone why wouldn’t you think your children would need one from you? Let’s talk about it.

Why are you sitting there allowing life to fight you and you’re not fighting back? Get up! Write a letter to yourself, read it in the mirror, Burn It and then come back and forgive yourself. Let’s rise up.

The Apology to SELF is first and foremost. You have to forgive yourself for choices and mistakes. Let’s get into it.
