A few more video game movies are on the way! Sonic 3 has found its voice for Shadow, the Minecraft movie is in full swing, and now Fallout is on TV. Weta Workshop and Private Division are working on "Tales of the Shire" while a former Blizzard president says gamers should tip game devs. "Stop Killing Games" also has gained traction lately.

There's a lot of doom & gloom around the video game markets, fears of another video game crash. We run down the games Xbox showed off during their partner showcase, the industry was hit with more layoffs, & Nintendo ends Yuzu.

Larian won several more awards at the Dice Awards recently. More rounds of layoffs have hit several more studios, including Playstation, Xbox had to put out fires and lay out their business plan, and Helldivers 2 has been a pretty big hit.

We're finally back with our first episode of the new year! Palworld released in early access and has taken over Steam with time played. GTA VI is real! Unfortunately, Rockstar had their trailer leaked ahead of the debut. Sony is removing paid content from their libraries and accounts are getting suspended. Vampire Survivors got its adventure update and the third Sonic movie teased Shadow's appearance.

Destiny's coming expansion, The Final Shape, was officially delayed until June. Ubisoft was experimented with in-game ads for paid games and Eminem is coming to Fortnite. Half-Life also turned 25!

Call of Duty's newest entry barely has a campaign and Amazon went through another round of layoffs in their gaming division. The nominees for the Game Awards are out, GTA VI is getting a trailer in December, and we're getting a live-action Legend of Zelda movie?

A new week, a new round of layoffs. This time, beloved studio, Bungie, earned the ire of the Destiny community after their layoffs started coming to light. Xbox is protecting their ecosystem by denying access to unauthorized accessories, Disney Dreamlight Valley devs switch from free-to-play to a paid game on release, and MK1 fans are upset about paid fatalities.

Destiny 2's Halloween event isn't meeting players' expectations, it seems. Playstation's ex-CEO, Shaw Layden, shared his worries about consolidation in the industry and game preservation and Insomniac's Spider-man is pulling record sales. Respawn also looks to be teasing something Titanfall related lately.
