In todays episode we talk about communication and the 5 love languages. Communication is key in any relationship, learning what someone’s love language is helps with that communication.

I wanted to do something a little lighthearted so we answered some fun questions for you. Sorry about the long silence parts, my edit functions are not working properly but I will work on that and next weeks will be better.

We all need motivation for something in our lives, I talk about what motivation is and some ideas on how to stay motivated.

I ask the question “do you care what others think of you” and I let you know how I feel about that and give motivation to try to change your way of thinking.
