Episode 112 - 

The Ravens win on Monday Night Football was a statement. they will control games with their style of play and still have an NFL MVP at QB who make the biggest plays when you need it most. 

Are they currently the biggest threat to the Chiefs and Bills in the NFL, and are we seeing a trend as a new way to try to beat Mahomes and Allen? 

I gave my NFL Power Rankings, explained why I have the Titans higher than others and the Dolphins lower, plus, is there an opportunity for the Packers to leap frog a bunch of teams and revive their season? I think they can do so by learning a thing or two from the Jets (amongst other teams).

Episode 111 - 

So many people stepped up for the Jets on Sunday to carry them to a victory over the Bills. 

This may be the best defense in the NFL, and Zach Wilson learned from his mistakes and did his job as the Franchise gets its biggest win since the the Sanchez years. 

Other headlines around the league include Brady's game winning drive, Rodgers' loss to Detroit, Mixon's 5 TDs, and Seattle is legit!

Episode 110 - 

The Nets have been put in a tough spot over and over again by their superstars. Are they now leaning into the dysfunctional nature of this franchise, by hiring Ime Udoka, or could this be the move that frees them of this prolonged nightmare and helps salvage the teams future? 

The storylines surrounding the QB's taken in the 2021 draft seem to be making headlines, but are we allowing the narratives to take control of reality? 

One of those Quarterbacks, Davis Mills, made a crucial mistake on Thursday Night Football allowing the Eagles to Improve to 8-0, can they go undefeated? 

The other Philly team will have to remain undefeated the remainder of their season to win a championship after dropping a classic Game 5 of the World Series.

Episode 109 -

In what may end up being our longest episode ever, I was joined by my friend Rob Taub from the NHL to talk about the Rangers and Islanders early in the season. We also talked about the Jets most important three weeks of the season coming up and the crossroads this franchise seems to be at for the young QB, for the coaching staff, and for the front office. The next three weeks will tell you a lot about where this franchise is headed, but as of now, they're just the same old Jets. 

Also, I took some time to talk about the Nets going rogue. They fired Steve Nash, lost to the Bulls, and are now expected to hire Ime Udoka off the Celtics suspension list. Also, how has the league not disciplined Kyrie Irving?? 

Monday Night Football reminded us that things seldom go as expected in the NFL, especially when two AFC North teams are playing each other. Joe Burrow was lucky to leave Cleveland alive.

Episode 108 - 

The Jets have invented another way to lose to the Patriots. Now there are questions about Zach Wilson, and the coaching staff continues to fail this team as all the teams warts come uncovered. 

Meanwhile Geno Smith is having an all time resurgence as he and Pete Carroll have lead the Seahawks to first place in the NFC West with a win over the Giants, and while the Giants lost by two scores, it's still not as bad as the Jets loss.

Russel Wilson has become the most unbearable and phony athlete on the planet and it seems like the league is mocking him. In the AFC and NFC south divisions, bad teams did what bad teams do, as the Falcons tried to lose to the Panthers, only to have the game handed back to them, and the Colts blew their game vs the Commanders. 

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers continue to find new lows with a SNF loss in Buffalo. 

In a Monday Night Football Matchup we have a division rivalry game between the Browns and Bengals.

Episode 107 - 

Tom Brady is two games under .500 for the first time in his career after dropping his third straight for the first time in 20 years. Is there a fix for this Bucs team? Are they still a lock to make the playoffs in a bad NFC South? 

What makes the Ravens so good at winning bad football games? Is this a recipe that can translate to long term success? 

The two New York Football teams are starting to face some real adversity and are still not getting any respect from the line makers in Vegas. Will they continue their winning ways? 

Will Aaron Rodgers prove the world wrong after going into a Primetime game as a double digit dog?

Episode 106 -

Jalen Brunson is a legit NBA starting Point Guard. The Knicks haven't had one of those in 20 years, and while they will undoubtedly have ups and downs throughout the season, and no, they are not championship contenders, this is a big step towards long term success. 

Joe Douglas has sent a message to his players -- "we are going for it!". They made a mid season, win now trade. When was the last time the Jets did that? 

Can they keep it rolling vs an unBelichikien Pats team this week? 

The Yankees announced that they will not be making a managerial change, what can we expect this off-season to look like?

Episode 105 - 

In this episode Rami talked about the Yankees epic failure in the 2022 Postseason. 

This is not new this is more of the same. In 2020 the team was mediocre, in 2021 they were too, and outside of two months in 2022 there was more of the same. Bad mental errors, poor fundamentals, bad fielding, bad base running, and worst of all -- zero accountability for any of it!

Who do you blame? 

The Jets and Giants can't stop winning. Brady and Rodgers can't buy a win, and other stories around Sunday in the NFL. 

Also, apparently the NHL and NBA started again, who knew? 

Episode 104 - 

A shorter somber episode of the Rami Lavi Podcast as the Yankees season again hangs in the balance as they fail to have any kind of offensive production in the two games in Houston and fall down 0-2 in the series. 

Aaron Boone makes more excuses, the pitching holds but the team strikes out 12 more times in the loss.

Now, the season again falls on the right arm of Gerrit Cole. Let's hope the Yankee crowd and the "F Altuve" chants don't wake the sleeping "giant" and the Yankees can find a way to get going with the bats, as their two best pitchers go at home in games 3 and 4. 

We have a full slate in the NFL on Sunday, but the big news came on Thursday as CMC was traded to the 49ers. There is some tension in the Jets locker room as Elijah Moore asks for a trade. Can both the Bucs and the Packers "get right"? Dak is back, and all of Sunday's picks.

Episode 103 - 

The Yankees had a wild ride of emotions in the ALDS and it does not appear to be stopping any time soon. Aaron Boone has had a tough Postseason as well, but the silent Yankee bats have not helped. After essentially conceding in Game 1 of the ALCS to the rival Astros, how will the Yankees respond in Game 2 with Sevy on the bump. 

Is there a better football town than New York?? Will the 5-1 Giants and 4-2 Jets start becoming favorites in games? I hope they don't, keep counting New York out, we love being the underdogs!

The NBA season is back and it has brought another heartbreak for the Knicks, but it seems they have a Point Guard! (also, the nets played a game... i think)
