Today my guest is Kenneth Kyle, who is a good friend of mine, and we are chatting about his experiences managing ranches. Kenneth will come back soon for a full episode to talk more in depth about some of the experiences he had- but today, Kenneth is sharing stories about the value of his kids growing up on ranches, about a fire that took place close to the ranch he worked on in new mexico, and working for a prison dairy.

Today I am back with my most favorite human being, Josiah. If you missed the last episode, Josiah has lived on ranches for most of his life, between growing up on ranches across the country, and then handing, assistant managing, and managing several as an adult. Today, he is sharing some of his experiences in the mismatch of expectations between management and ownership- and specifically, what they looked like for him.

Today is a different episode because I am doing less chatting and more listening. I talk a ton on this show about the ag discussion room in clubhouse, and th elovely folks over there were kind enough to let me record an episode with them, so this is NOT the usual style episode.
