It is noticed that a lot of you g people tend to hide in their shell or stick to their comfort zones for fear of failure or destructive criticism. The latter is widely common in the society we live in. This episode highlights the importance of taking risks as well as standing up and moving forward after failures.

This episode gives an insight into Depression it’s types as well as symptoms and causes. It also sheds light as to the importance of sharing and finding ways to rip free from its shackles.❤️

Upon close observation it is clear to see that society has yet to understand there are a lot of other parts of shaming as well as misconceptions connected to it. This episode shines a light unto them as well as ways to handle said shaming.

As young people especially in Nigeria, we face numerous failures at different points in our lives however small or big. The question of what we would do if we couldn’t fail comes to mind especially when we become so overwhelmed with pressure from our surroundings. It’s then left to us to understand that it is with our failures we learn many lessons that’ll push us further.

There’s a lot of pressure on and need for the average Nigerian youth to succeed in life. Although very important and necessary for survival in the jungle of Nigeria, it is however paramount that said youth learns to take a break sometimes and simply enjoy life as a young person before the fleeting moments go by. This episode is aimed at reminding us of what is important aside success in our endeavors.😁 Enjoy.
