This is just an introduction into the start of my season. We are all the makers of our story. In the upcoming podcasts I will talk about inspiring others, fractured systems and minds, to helping one another, tips and tricks, coping with a diagnosis, intrusive thoughts, creating scenarios, unhelpful thinking styles, mindset, bipolar, ADHD, EUPD, BPD, body dysmorphia, mental health, my story with mental health.
