What is up RAVERAIDE fam, welcome to another episode of the RAVERAIDE podcast. On today's episode, I dive in on some of the practices and health modalities that I use to this day to reverse my health from Zero energy, Depressed, and Disassociated from my day to day life.
I believe that so many people struggle with showing up for themselves and actualizing their full potential due to the fact that their bodies are not well taken care of, their exposed to environmental toxicity, less than ideal foods, hormonal imbalance, nuerochemical imbalance, etc..
Some of the biggest modalities and strategies that I have found to benefit me are:
1.) Eating for my blood type as a general guideline for what to eat daily (Although I believe epigenetics play a major factor and the blood type diet charts do not take that in to consideration)
2.) Hypo/Hyperthermic conditioning (Sauna and Cold Plunging) to naturally cause dynorphine, noorepinepherine, and dopamine release through hormetic stressors.
3.) Meditation paired with holotropic breathwork
4.) Subconscious reprogramming through journaling and visualization.
5.) Proper supplementation aside from using RAVERAIDE.
