Being a Black woman often means carrying invisible weight—navigating a world that sees our strength but not our pain. In this powerful episode, I speak truth to the struggles we face every day: from microaggressions to being silenced, from forced resilience to the fight for softness.
I reflect on my personal journey—setting boundaries, healing without becoming hard, and learning to hold space for both pain and power.
We also highlight the stories of Megan Thee Stallion and other celebrities as Black women who embody strength, vulnerability, and survival in the public eye. Their story is our story.
This episode is a love letter to the Black girls who carry everything—but still rise.

In this episode, I open up about my personal journey with detachment—not in the cold, distant sense, but in the healing, liberating way that allowed me to reclaim my peace. I share how I've learned to let go of relationships that no longer serve me, without resentment or guilt, and how detaching doesn’t mean not caring—it means caring for yourself enough to stop chasing.
As someone with an anxious attachment style, this hasn’t been easy. I talk about the emotional push-pull of wanting closeness while fearing rejection, and how I’ve slowly found balance by choosing self-trust over codependency. I also get real about the guilt, the grief, and the growth that came with this shift—because detaching is a process, not a flip of a switch.
Whether you're struggling to walk away from someone, or just learning how to stop overextending yourself for validation, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about how we can hold space for love while honoring our boundaries—and why detachment is not about building walls, but about building peace.
FOMO = Fear of missing out. As I approach the final weeks of 2024, I've been hit with new character developments. On this episode, I discuss "being the company you keep"; who are you influences the type of people you will attract. I also discuss how the fear of missing out can be a direct reflection of your ego. It gets real, buckle up. Yall know I don't sugar coat sh!t
Stress about life and my future self has caused a lot of anxiety, envy, and worry. I was forgetting what God had already placed in my lap and being ungrateful for what I've got. On this episode, I reflect on the gift of life and share gratitude.
On this mf episode chile, no but foreal another week another lesson. Praying that one prayer and being shocked when God delivers (clock that teaaaaa). Recently I've been learning how to accept things as they are and thanking God for answering my prayers WHILE putting myself to receive them; cause I mean you can't expect to live this certain life without doing the work. But hey just listen to the episode so I can stop typing...
It's November and God has definitely been setting fire under my ass. Being placed in challenges that force me to look internally (super freaking uncomfortable BTW). But how does one who doesn't do well with conflict handle situations that drag them from their comfort zone and cause them to change a life they've known for so long?? (idk girly you're going to have to listen)
