Let’s talk about sex! I’m sorry but this is a slightly explicit episode. On this episode, I talk about women taking control in the bedroom. And why we shouldn’t always feel obligated to give our sexual partner sex because they want it or out of guilt. I also speak on enjoyment sex is suppose to bring and being comfortable with your partner to open up about what your body desires. Further into the episode we get a little more serious on rape cases and protecting yourself from STD. With some reflection on the first week into the new year and the day of 1/11. On this episode, I speak on dealing with having an attitude problem and how pridefulness can lead to bigger problems. Sometimes being reactive isn’t always the best solution, taking a step back and asking yourself “Is this situation worth the reaction or can I simply let it go?” These reactive situation or built up anger can be caused by the blockage in our throat chakra so I also implemented some throat chakra affirmations to realize some of that blockage.
