Jet Lending has originated more than 3,000 loans for real estate investors in the Houston area totaling over $390,000,000.00.

Welcome to the Real Estate Ballers Show. Today Vee is joined by Jerry Ta of Property Care Management. In this episode, they chat about running multiple companies, property management, and eviction.

Jerry is a Houston, TX-based Real Estate Broker, investor, and property manager who has been involved in real estate since 2011. Prior to his work in real estate, he served as an external auditor for Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an internal auditor for a large oil and gas corporation. In his work as an auditor, he performed full-scope audits of financial statements for large SEC and non-SEC clients, including companies in the global 500 and multinationals.
 
 He is both a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Houston (2005) and a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) degree from the University of Houston (2006).

Propertycare, was founded in 2013 by Jerry and has since managed over a thousand rental properties throughout the greater Houston area. The Company was founded in order to allow landlord investors to truly own rentals in the passive manner it was meant to be. It provides the investors the ability to let go of the day-to-day responsibilities of owning rental property.

Welcome to the Real Estate Ballers Show. Today our host, Vee Le, is joined by Jon Nolen of iHBuyers. Jon shares how he was able to explode his real estate business in the past few months. He reveals an interesting marketing strategy that has paid off big. Listen or watch to learn how Jon went from a staggering business to buying 60+ deals a year.

Jon first learned about the amazing possibilities of investing in real estate while in high school and working on one of his parents’ rent houses.  He and his wife, Amy, have been actively investing in real estate since the fall of 2012, but it was in 2017 after five years in the Marine Corps, several years contracting overseas, and over a decade in IT that Jon decided to leave his corporate IT career to be able to better balance work and family life and his investing career took off.  Since then, Jon has completed over 300 transactions and is closing in on owning 100 rentals.  He takes pride that his company, Integrity Home Buyers. They are not only helping sellers in distressed situations, but they are able to provide quality housing options to homeowners and tenants alike.

Jon credits much of his success to relationships he has built with other successful investors and is an active member of the Investor Fuel mastermind. Whenever possible, he and his family enjoy escaping to their cabin in the Colorado mountains near Pagosa Springs; Jon’s self-described “happy place.”
