It seriously drives us crazy to see properties listed with terrible photos, no video, no staging and overall bad representation. In this day-and-age, it's so easy to do your due diligence before hiring a Realtor. Hiring a professional WILL get your home faster and for more money. Don't hire your brother's friend's mom just because she was referred to you. Do your research.
