Trius Lending Partners has been lending locally since 2003, and over the past 2 years they have doubled our volume and business each year. In 2021 they funded $48mm in hard money loans (all directly funded by TLP) and $38mm in long term investor loans (TLP brokers these). TLP currently holds $59mm in loans and they are all funded with friends and family investors.”
