I remember what it was like constantly having to explain who I was and why I was calling doing old school business generating techniques. I remember thinking “man-if only my reputation could proceed me” 

Often I wondered what life was like for those mega agents who everyone seemed to just call to inquire about listing their home.

There is hope though as well as a very detailed and deliberate strategy that will allow you to easily crowbar your way into that lead flow. What’s more, the competition won’t even know what you’re doing or how. This literally changed my business and we go over the structure of it in this podcast.

This little known universal success principal is so powerful but often misunderstood.
