In the episode 4 of the Real Estate Strategy Lab, Jeff talks about not buying leads from lead vendors ever again and how to harvest your very own leads. He shares some training modules namely:
1) Buying Data and appending your data--here he defines what type of data you should buy. He also provided a definition of what data appending really is. Jeff also discussed a strategy of owning the farm versus leasing a farm (when it comes to data appending) and why it is the cheapest way to generate your own targeted leads.
2) How and Appended data will look like--in this module, Jeff shares a spreadsheet of an appended data and also educates us about things that you must do about it.
Afterwards, Jeff shares the step by step process for appending data
1) How to pick a data source--in this module, Jeff shows us where can we get the data for our leads.
2) Putting the spreadsheet together-- in this module, Jeff shows us his work on putting the spreadsheet together and shares some of his tips and tricks on creating the spreadsheet.
3)Submitting the data to be appended-- In this module, Jeff provides information on the next things that you must do after you have appended the data and the things that you can do with it.
