On this episode the boys speak about their upcoming holiday as they are preparing visiting Los Angeles for Kevins birthday, also just enjoying your life, they also spoke on the Messi & Ronaldo's careers & how many years they have left.

This week the boys had special guest in the for there streets podcast guys who spoke on how they all came together to start the movement & future ventures, they also touched on the new Batman movie & how it compared to the previous ones.

This week the boys had a very special guest in Abz who is. who joins the boys to speak about a lot happening in the world right now with the war in Russia & Ukraine, also spoke on the Kanye West documentary. 

Today the boys had very special guests on with Three's a vibe podcast discussing how they all got together & started the podcast, also what's their plans for Valentines day & if they expect gifts too. 

This week the boys had a special guest in Mr Enah who is a music artist from south East London & speaks on his journey growing up, getting sent back home to Nigeria not once but twice & how he got into music.

This week the boys spoke on many things such as how important your health is , looking after your body & recovery being as important as going to the gym. They also spoke on the massive backlash footballers Marcus Rashford & Jesse Lingard got for being seen in a photo with Artist Wiley in Dubai which didn't sit well with a lot of people due to Wileys racist views, they also had another week of crazy dilemmas.

The boys are back this week but with 2 guests in Yezzie Yezzir & AY who do a podcast together & are both artists, speak on their journeys & how they linked up & future plans. They also spoke about Molly Maes having the same 24 hours a day.

The boys start the year strong & they also have a special guest in Naomi Mbelu who spoke about her own podcast 'Pretty girl problems' & her political views on many things too & you know they had some wild dilemmas as usual. 

As this was this last EP of the year, it was only right the boys had a run though the year & had to round up how it's been for them individually & how they choose to level up next year too.

The boys are back this week with some very interesting conversations, talking about losing loved ones too early, appreciating life as much as possible, life insurance. They also spoke about fitness as you get older becoming more challenging.
