James is one of the leaders of The Foot Collective and covers a lot of the content for movement in the Foot Nerd program. We talk about his journey from becoming a physiotherapist to his current work with TFC Australia. James also talks about how he's trying to bring the hacky back! Mick Breen is soft tissue therapist, personal trainer, and movement coach. Mick practices out Melbourne Soft Tissue in Australia. In this episode Mick and I discuss how he has taken his injury history and has used it to develop his philosophy to help others reduce their risk for injury. He has a great passion for human performance and he really exemplifies this during our conversation.
