The concept of working in for mental health and working out for physical health are not mutually exclusive. In this episode I discuss the two concepts and how I’ve integrated them in to a sustainable practice.
Trauma is inevitable, suffering is optional. We will all experience stress in our lives, our response to it is natural and completely necessary. However, when and only when we continue to deal with situations from this familiar heightened level of arousal does our response become a dis-order.
In this episode I discuss some of my past traumatic experiences which have unconsciously impacted me and the way I handle stress today.
