Disclaimer: Yes, sometimes the phrase does have some truth behind it.  Sometimes we take on too much.  We over commit and/or have busy days.  That’s not what we’re talking about here. We're talking about the habit of saying "I don't have time" - why we say it and how we can take back our power & our time.
