The iPhone has leveled the playing field on information and it has taken over society. So many people today think it’s bad and ruining society- honestly they might be right - but on the other hand the Iphone has changed the landscape of the world and has allowed anyone to create, produce, meet, and go truly viral on a single piece of technology like the iPhone has created for everyone.

So my big question is… why isn’t everyone taken advantage of the best invention ever?

⁃The game is all about longevity; those who stay the healthiest will have more opportunities to create the life they want

⁃I’m so done with people saying they’re too busy. Too busy for what? Because of Netflix or hanging out at a club with friends?

⁃You shouldn’t have time for that bullshit. Watch Netflix and go out when you earn it. That’s every once in a while

⁃Working out is a part of my life and always will be. But I want to bring as many people as possible with me and feel healthier

⁃Be the best you start today, and delayed gratification is key to long-term success

When you apply for jobs on LinkedIn, companies look at your profile to see who you are. The best thing you can do is stick out.

For example, do you want to message someone about a job or try expanding your network? I can imagine most of the time; they will look at your profile.

The more you post separates you from others + makes you different, and lets them know you are a real person. More importantly, it shows your confidence in putting yourself out there. Companies want intelligent people who are willing to be bold and different. Money is where most people aren’t at. The money isn’t where everyone is… find the undervalued product and attack it

Some stats:
About 3 million of Linkedin's 260 million users post content. About 1% of users… that’s crazy.

Posting content and standing out with organic traffic is the best way to grow because it’s free. For example, the market decides if it’s good or not - organic traffic means those who don’t follow you can see your content.

Not enough users are posting content, so the algorithm looks for content to show the users on the platform consuming.

-49 million apply for jobs on LinkedIn weekly… how to stand out? Post A Lot!!!!! But be meaningful in what you are posting.
-16% of users log in daily
-77% of LinkedIn users are outside of the US
⁃60% of users are 25-34… growth with those coming out. Great place to create a strong network
⁃Post content and tell people about yourself. Grow your network because that’s your net worth.
⁃Dream job? DM those top executives but have content for them to look and see who you are and if you are worth an opportunity

In the episode, Joshua and Zachary sit down with National Champion head coach Adam Krug of Adrian College NCAA Men’s Hockey. We talk about various topics ranging from coaching, life, and pro hockey.

Adam has a wealth of knowledge about growing as a coach from year one to year nine and what to look for in recruiting players + building culture. 

Joshua is a former player under Krug (2017-2021 ) and went Pro at the end of the 21 season. Adrian is a dominant college hockey program with a bright future and looking to repeat this year.

We want to thank Adam for taking the time to sit and talk with us. Krug is a great guy, and this one deserves a listen.

Instagram has changed their business model to become a video platform, while they had it right with picture and stories. They're in-between on what they should do and it shows. I want to be able to see the content of people I follow.

It is time for Business, Brands, and even Consumers to focus on more influential platforms mentioned above.

In today’s episode, we have a special guest Steve Babiak, the legendary owner of Bennys Bakery located in Saline, Michigan. Bennys is a 75+-year-old bakery that uses equipment from the 1930s to make their incredible donuts and is home to the “Great Pretzel.” 

Steve has been the Owner since 2005 and has since turned it into a staple of the Washtenaw County Community but also for the State of Michigan. This bakery is unlike any others, and you will not find delicacies like this anywhere around. 

In this conversation, we discuss what made Steve want to work in a bakery, why he wanted to buy it from the previous owner (Benny), and what makes them different from other bakeries. We also talk about a possible name change that would rejuvenate Bennys into a present-day giant.
