Financial Friday-$20 Min Wage & Tax Breaks

What are the unintended consequences of an artificial minimum wage? People who do not provide enough value lose their jobs. Business owners must use more automation and outsourcing. These job losses far outweigh the benefits of making more money for most people, especially the ones who lose their jobs. Unfortunately, after the law is passed, it is illegal to hire a person back, even if they say I would rather work for $15 than lose my job.

Why are people still trying to “Work hard & Earn Money?” You pay more taxes on earned income than any other type of income. By getting passive income & contribution to tax advantaged accounts, like IRA’s, you can dramatically decrease what you legally pay in taxes.

What is Private Property?

You MUST have 4 things for private property to exist: Title, Control, Use & the Ability to Dispose. If the government takes one of those away, you don’t actually own the property. That is what Fascism, Socialism & Communism are. If you have all of them you can split out one or more of these aspects to make money. When you find out what your customer wants & get good at giving it to them, you can have anything you want. And you can take that to the Block-chain! (Normally people say bank, but too many of them are going bankrupt.)

Tax Day & The Constitution

The family discusses how there are only really 2 forms of government. Everything breaks down into an Oligarchy unless it is a Republic. The politicians keep trying to convince us citizens that the U.S is a Democracy. The problem is becoming a Democracy is the first step that inevitably grows into a Communist Oligarchy. A Constitutional Republic is controlled by the constitution. Not by the politicians; Not by a 51% “Lynch Mob” style of majority rule…And Not by bureaucrats appointed by any branch of government. Watch the short video below by the John Birch Society to get a better understanding of how governments actually evolve.
