Welcome to Episode #19 of Peeling the Banana. Today we welcome special guest, Cameron Liss. Liss is a graduate of Washington State University in the summer of 2023. Shortly after, he began his professional career as a left-handed gun slinger in the Pioneer League with Grand Junction. He then quickly moved overseas to Australia where he excelled in the Perth state league recording over 100 innings. Now, he is the closer for the Trebic Nuclears, a member of the Czech Extraliga (Top 3 professional league in Europe).

On Episode 18 of Peeling the Banana, we go down under into the world of Joshua Lavender. He is a veteran in the world of baseball and a soon to be world famous surfer in Australia ;) (jk, not really). From playing in the Collegiate summer league with the Savannah Bananas, to joining the Banana Ball World Tour with the Party Animals, to now living his winters in Australia continuing his baseball career and shredding the gnar, Lavender is living his best life. So, let's put another shrimp on the barbie eh mate.

Todays episode on Peeling the Banana, we come all the way from Trebic, Czech Republic, where Ryan Johnson has moved his life for the last couple years. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada), he has extended his playing career to Europe where he dominates as a two-way player. Not only is he dominating on the field, but he's now an English Teacher in the classroom for the young Czech generation.

On Episode 16 of Peeling the Banana, we dive in to the mind of Adam Moreau. He is the Co-founder of FlexPro Grip, a former Savannah Bananas and Party Animals Coach, and a master mind of baseball innovation and player development. He went to Eckard College where he excelled in the classroom and on the diamond. Where’s he at now?

On Episode 15 of Peeling the Banana, we welcome Sarah Edwards, a recruitment Manager at Baseball Jobs Overseas where she facilitates, guides, and mediates the connections and contractual agreements between professional players and ball clubs globally. But, she not only recruits, she plays! She has been dominating in the softball world since 7 years old and will be playing in Italy once again in 2024. Last year, she was the 2023 Philadelphia Phillies Hitting Development Coach, being one of only a few women invloved in Major League Baseball.

On this Episode of Peeling the Banana, we take a dive into what really is Emotional Intelligence. According to the dictionary, EQ is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

Reni is currently a Creative Content Producer at Fresh Creative Studios, but her heart lies in helping and serving others become in touch with their emotions and to grow and become the best version of themselves. She volunteers her time at Choice Center Leadership University out in Las Vegas, where she coaches EQ students about their ability to relate to people and build relationships.

A California native, Garrett was a University of Nevada at Reno standout 3rd basemen. Now he is a full time Fire Fighter living in Reno, NV with his wife Alex. He is also known for his charm and stunning looks as a contestant on The Bachelorette, Season 14, which he won.

On Episode 10 of Peeling the Banana, we adventure into a local barber shop in the heart of Savannah, Georgia called Dutch Cuts. Born and raised in Hawaii, we find out what made this local boy venture to Georgia and start his barber business, all while getting a fresh cut.
