Today we had Kate Hilliard who is an amazing dietitian here in the Coastal Bend! Kate is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the great state of Texas. She has her Master's Degree in Human Sciences from Texas A&M University - Kingsville and is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. I wanted to have her here on the show to highlight what can be done in order to help prevent heart disease and diabetes.
