Christ says apart from me, you can do nothing (John 15:5). Christ also says to get rid of the log in your own eye before dealing with the speck in your brother’s eye (Matthew 7:5). A lot of times we may be focused on the wrong sources and we can forget to look at God and ask Him for help!
