Now more than ever you see people getting more and more engagement, views, likes, shares, and increased "influence" on LinkedIn.
Is it me, or is LinkedIn churning out "influencers" faster than cooking a meal in a microwave?
Don't get me wrong, they aren't illegal per se, but LinkedIn does frown upon them, as it is considered forced/fake engagement and they can restrict your account if they find out.
3 realities need to be taken into consideration when it comes to engagement on LinkedIn:
1. Only 16.5% of LinkedIn users engage in content daily
2. Only 1-3% of your network sees your content
3. If you have an engagement rate of 2%, you are crushing it
