It obliges you to look at your flaws, failures, decisions, core values and beliefs and QUESTION everything. In this episode, I lay down some hard truths about what the nitty-gritty of loving yourself actually means and how SOLO travel can and does play such a big role in giving yourself the chance to hear, feel and think – even if those elements bring up a lot of things we have been avoiding… and YET being fearless because being able to love ourselves is worth it.
