Over the last couple of episodes, we have explored the different aspects in the life of a real estate agent including how to become a realtor as well as what your trusted real estate advisor REALLY makes in terms of a commission. As we continue to take a look into those different facets of a realtor’s life, today, we talk about an especially hot topic in the real estate community. In this episode, we explore the debate of full-time realtors vs. part-time realtors and the pros and cons of hiring one over the other.

• Hours worked and making large sums of money are not mutually exclusive
o Discuss being a primary bread-winner vs. someone who is looking for a “side hustle”

o We handle the largest financial transaction of your life…do you want someone doing it part-time?
o Would you want a part-time surgeon? Funeral director? Lawyer? Accountant? Dentist? Tattoo artist?
