Have you ever attended a wedding where everything was just perfect; the music, the food, the ambiance, but the bride forgot to wear the wedding dress?  I don't think so!  That's one of the most important parts of the ceremony.  Staging is just like the wedding dress, without it, selling real estate just isn't the same. If you have gone out and invested in real estate, and are now ready to sell the property to make the big profits, don't do what most first time investors do and over price the property.  Make sure you price the property accordingly so it sells fast.  The worst thing you can do is price a property too high and it sits.  Sitting real estate changes the head space of buyers and they begin questioning why it's sitting...and worse, is there something wrong with it?  Why doesn't anyone else want it?

Don't let your friends, family and especially not the banks, influence you into thinking that home ownership is something you should do, it isn't.  This week, we look at a case study and discuss the benefits of being a tenant and not being a homeowner.  It is vitally important that you know this information before you buy a home to live in.
