WHO’S ON YOUR FRONT ROW? | Reconciliation Church

Everybody has a front row—the people God has placed close enough for you to love, encourage, influence, and invite into a deeper relationship with Him.

In this message from John 1:40–46, Pastor Beau challenges us to rethink discipleship and evangelism. Following Jesus isn’t just about growing personally; it’s about recognizing the people God has already placed in our lives.

Andrew went and found his brother. Philip went and found Nathanael. Who has God placed on your front row?

You don’t have to preach at them. You don’t have to pressure them. Just be intentional:

PRAY • LOVE • INVITE • WALK

Discipleship happens in relationship. Your front row may already be closer than you think.

You don’t have to do everything before the year ends—but you do need to decide what matters most.

In Session 2 of The Gameplan: Finishing the Year Strong, Pastor Beau moves from identifying what’s in your hand to intentionally deciding what you’re going to do with it.

MAKE THE PLAN is about turning intention into strategy. Before you can execute, you have to get clear about where you’re going, what deserves your attention, and what may need to wait.

Using Nehemiah’s work to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem as a biblical framework, Pastor Beau explores what it means to assess what’s in front of you, recognize what needs to be rebuilt, gather the resources and people necessary for the work, and develop a plan before you move.

In this practical session, you’ll work through four categories for evaluating everything competing for your time and attention:

DO NOW — What requires your attention in this season?
DEVELOP — What needs more time, preparation, or growth?
DEFER — What matters, but doesn’t have to happen right now?
DELETE — What no longer deserves your energy?

From there, you’ll identify no more than three priorities for the remainder of the year and begin building a practical plan around each one—identifying your goal, why it matters, your next step, the resources and people you need, your deadline, and how you’ll respond when obstacles arise.

You still have time to make meaningful progress this year. The goal isn’t to do everything. The goal is to get clear about what matters most—and make a plan to move it forward.

What if the ordinary, heavy, or unwanted thing in your hand is exactly what God intends to use? In Part 1 of The Game Plan, Pastor Dominique Beaumonte teaches from Exodus 4 and the story of Moses’ staff. Discover how to recognize what you already have, release it into God’s hands, reimagine its purpose, and faithfully steward your present season. You may not have everything—but you have something.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOU | John 2:23–25

We often think about stewardship in terms of money, gifts, and resources—but what if one of the most important things God has given you to steward is you?

Your time. Your energy. Your attention. Your emotional capacity. Your presence. And even the access other people have to you.

In John 2:23–25, many people believed in Jesus because they saw the miracles He performed, yet Scripture says that Jesus “did not commit himself unto them…because he knew all men.” Jesus loved people, served people, and ultimately gave His life for people—but He was also discerning about access.

In this message, “Be Careful With You,” Pastor Beau explores the biblical and emotional importance of healthy boundaries through three simple movements:

1. Know Your Audience
2. Know Yourself
3. Know Your Assignment

Boundaries aren't necessarily about shutting people out. Sometimes boundaries are simply good stewardship. You don't have to overcommit, overperform, overexplain, overshare, or show up everywhere just to prove that you love people.

What do you do when you know you need to move forward, but something has left you stuck?

In “Run Again,” Pastor Dominique Beaumonte teaches from Hebrews 12:1–2 about God’s game plan for getting back in the race: remember who’s behind you, remove what’s holding you, and run with patience the race God has set before you.

Whether it was fear, disappointment, sin, unnecessary weight, or simply the paralysis of life that interrupted your progress, the interruption does not have to become your conclusion.

You ran before. You can run again.

RADICAL GENEROSITY — PART 2 🎙️ | What Does the Bible Say About Tithes & Offerings?

We hear a lot about tithing, offerings, and giving in church—but what does the Bible actually teach?

In Part 2 of our Radical Generosity series, Pastor Beau walks through Scripture to explore where tithing came from, what offerings mean, and how biblical generosity goes beyond simply giving 10%.

💰 Is tithing still required?
📖 What’s the difference between a tithe and an offering?
❤️ What does God really want from our giving?

This isn't about pressure or manipulation. It's about understanding God as our source and allowing gratitude to shape how we live and give.

Radical Generosity, Part 2: What Does the Bible Say About Tithes & Offerings?

#RadicalGenerosity #TheRecChurch #TithesAndOfferings

What does it really mean to be filled with the Holy Ghost? In this episode, Pastor Beau answers some of the most frequently asked questions about the Holy Spirit from a biblical and Pentecostal perspective. From Pentecost and speaking in tongues to spiritual gifts, the fruit of the Spirit, and hearing God’s voice, this conversation explores who the Holy Ghost is, how He works, and why His presence and power still matter today.

Whether you grew up Pentecostal or you’re simply curious about the Holy Spirit, this episode will help bring biblical clarity to one of the most powerful—and sometimes misunderstood—areas of the Christian faith.

Pride Before the Fall

Pride doesn’t always look like arrogance. Sometimes it looks like protecting our reputation, resisting correction, hiding our mistakes, or working overtime to control the narrative.

In this episode, Pastor Beau explores Proverbs 16:18 and the story of David and Bathsheba in 2 Samuel 11–12 to uncover how unchecked pride can lead us deeper into places we never intended to go. David’s story reminds us that sometimes the greatest damage comes not only from what we did wrong, but from what we’re willing to do to keep from admitting it.

We’ll examine how pride causes spiritual blindness, why God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble, and three biblical practices for overcoming pride: confessing quickly, receiving correction, and choosing humility daily.

Key Scriptures: Proverbs 16:18; James 4:6; Proverbs 6:16–17; Obadiah 1:3; 2 Samuel 11–12; 1 John 1:9; Proverbs 12:15; Philippians 2:3–5.

Pride protects an image. Humility pursues truth.

Blind Spots: Self-Awareness & Discernment | Pastor Beau

Sometimes the greatest obstacles in our lives aren’t the things happening around us—they’re the things happening within us that we cannot see.

In this message, Pastor Beau begins the Blind Spots series with a practical and biblical conversation about self-awareness and discernment. Through the story of Samson and Delilah, we examine how our feelings, assumptions, repeated patterns, and confidence in ourselves can interfere with our ability to recognize what is really happening.

What if discernment isn’t only about seeing other people clearly—but allowing God to help us see ourselves clearly?
