Hey, luvs! In today's episode, I interviewed Tawon Swinson who is a staff member at Navigation Church and is very passionate about people. Tawon shares how his faith is allowing him to move forward from his past. 

Our stories are so unique to each of us as individuals, faith or not.  That being said, the goal of Recommence is not to tell you how you should move forward but rather to give you all the eyes to see how your struggles can turn into something so beautiful. I encourage you all to listen to Tawon's story and allow yourself to hear him even if you do not have faith. Allow yourself to see how he is turning his battles into a journey of growth.
