• Retention bonus as an afterthought may have the reverse effect. Keeping your employees happy is a less expensive way of keeping them. 

• What’s a quitting bonus? Maybe we fell for some click bait here; the idea is nothing new but an Arizona CEO grabbed a few headlines by doubling his quit bonus to $5000 when no one took him up on the original $2500.

• If 16,000 recruiters get hired by March 1 2022 - then we’ve only begun to see the great resignation.
