In this episode, I share what I call the “Red Bottoms Method” — the idea that when things get hard, you stop focusing on yourself and start supporting others.
I talk about how this mindset was inspired by a girl on our sales team who had the biggest support at our marathon because she’s always the first person supporting everyone else. It’s also the same mindset that helped me finish my Ironman.
I also give a life update from my first summer doing door-to-door sales to where I am now, and share the story of an 18-year-old rookie who had the courage to role play in front of the entire team on day one. You can teach a script, but you can’t teach courage.
This episode is about growth, support, and putting yourself in situations that force you to become better.
