RSBA is up for a community grant that will give the people of Kauai FREE concerts from local to international artists around the world, for three years! TO VOTE TEXT: 96766HI to 866-267-2023, once a day! RSBA is the top 36 applicants in the USA who received the chance to win this grant for the people of Kauai. Today we speak to Christina Ensman, the Hawaii Regional Coordinator, for Operation Christmas Child . Operation Christmas Child is part of a non-profit, Samaritan Purse. Samaritan Purse focuses on helping children and people who are in poverty, war and need help with clean water. Operation Christmas Child gives out 198 million boxes worldwide. They also help people in need like in Hanalei or people affected by Natural disasters. Join their team and check out their events coming up in this podcast.

The Downtown Lihu'e Night Market is great for all local businesses and people that want to showcase their talents. Alakoko shop was made to help local businesses owners have their own store in collaboration with other local owners. The Alakoko store also supports community events like business class workshops and paint nights with Mo'olelo Murals and Kamawaelualani. Dont forget to mark your calendars for their Grand opening July 21st. Last but not least we talk about the Block Party happening October 22nd.
