We are getting close to the trade deadline for the 2018-19 NHL season. This episode discusses if the Flames should make any deadline moves and addresses some rumours of players that fans would like to see in a 'Flaming C.' Should the team add more depth? What players could we possibly unload? We discuss it here!

Prior to this season, the Calgary Flames acquired a variety of individuals from the Carolina Hurricanes. A deal that traded Dougie Hamilton and Micheal Ferland for Noah Hanifin and Elias Lindholm didn't make sense at first. But, now it's clear that the Flames came out on top this season; partly because of the success of the deal. The Flames also acquired forward Derek Ryan, a former Hurricane. Coach Bill Peters, who has been credited with having a great season, was also formerly the Hurricanes coach for the past few seasons.

In this episode, Nathan and Cameron Woolridge have a special guest on to discuss the trade deadline and the Flames' cap space in the off-season. This episode discussed some of the contracts that need to see signed and which contracts will need need to be unloaded.

The Calgary Flames acquired a consistent NHL forward in James Neal during the off-season. But, the veteran player has not lived up to expectations or to his 5-year, $28.75 million contract. He is having his lowest point-producing season and things don't seem to be looking up. The Red Mile discusses Neal and questions 'Where is the real, Neal?'

On this episode, the boys talk about the Flames' goaltender situation with Mike Smith and David Rittich. Rittich has been having a stellar season so far and veteran goalie, Smith, has struggled to find his groove early on.

The Calgary Flames recently lost to the Penguins 9-1... But, since then the team has been on a streak of comeback wins and have also won 4-straight. The Flames currently are fluctuating near the top of the league and have had some decent success early in the season. Nathan and Cameron talk about what's working and what's not working since the humiliating loss to Pittsburgh.

The Red Mile talks about Sam Bennett's performance and the teams early games. As well, how the schedule is looking for the rest of October.
