Kevin tracked down a copy of the book and gave it a read. Kevin and Ben discuss the relevance of the book to the show (or lack thereof), the connections it makes, and whether or not it's worth your while. This leads into a discussion about other fandoms and the relevance of their tertiary properties to their overall lore.

Then it's on to the penultimate episode of Season 3 where the beloved Charlie Pace comes to terms with his destiny and decides to chronicle his "Greatest Hits" before doing so. The other survivors prepare for an ambush of the Others which hopefully could be the beginning of the end of their life on the Island.

This week Kevin finally gets some answers about what the heck is going on with Ghost Patti and realises the only way to deal with her is to put on a suit and assassinate a senator. No, but really though.

This week's episode may be our most dense to date. John Locke finally exorcises the demon of his father, with the aid of a fellow Island companion whose past is tied into Anthony Cooper as well. We also get something fans have wanted since Michael Emerson's debut on the series - the first ever Ben Linus flashback, where we learn his true origin, the mysterious Richard Alpert, and "the hostile incursion." In one of the best scenes in the shows history, we "meet" Two amazing LOST episodes bring us one of the most important episodes of this podcast yet.

Ever wanted to see Doctor Who's penis? Rejoice! That's right it's another Matt episode and our resident priest's faith has never been tested quite like this. Although that's nothing on what his sister Nora is dealing with as she might be the host of the demon Azrael. Yep.

A parachuter has come to the Island - but why? And who are they? Juliet also helps Sun get more information on her yet to be born child, leading to some bonding between two characters not often seen together. The reveal at the end of this two episode arc is one worth listening for.

Season two keeps rolling as our game of catch-up with the series regulars continues, this time giving some focus to Laurie and Tommy and their new anti-GR enterprise. Then it's back to Jarden as the search for the missing girls gets underway and Kevin does his best to keep his shit together.

This week, yet another ho-hum Kate flashback is balanced out with an incredible Juliet flashback. Juliet is the stand-out of both of this week's episodes, where we learn she may not be as sweet as she puts on with Jack.
