The Reese Waters Show

Robert was a quarterback. Robert is a celebrity. Robert was a very hyped and beloved former DC athlete. He said he was writing a book. Now he isn't. What do we make of this?

Root, root, root for the home team! Every week Reese Waters looks at all of the folks cheering for their favorite squad and awards one group or person the fan of the week.

The great Trey Wingo joins the show to discuss the idea of monetizing the NFL Combine. Who does he think that the Commanders end  up with at QB next year? Also, there was a book supposedly written by Robert Griffin the 3rd. Now he says it is not coming out. What should we make of this news.

Look, Brad... we understand you have to do what is best for you and your family. But I'm thinking of buying some Wiz tickets for me and my family next season. Should I maybe use that money to see the Caps? Also, Terry McLaurin deserves a new deal? Which of these 2 guys is more important to lock up for the long term?

The always enjoyable and informative Bill Bender of the Sporting News is on the show to discuss the upcoming NCAA Tournament and the NFL Scouting Combine that is happening right now. Plus, Reese is taking some time as often as possible throughout March to highlight women in sports that need to be appreciated.

What makes the listeners more excited? A new metro stop or a new stadium in a far off land?

Our good friend Roy Burton from Philadelphia joins the program to discuss the 76ers and the fact that with James Harden & Joel Embiid they have a real shot at winning it all. Also, it looks like displaced college coaches from around the country are expalining where they will and will not be working even if they are currently employed.

Who is this week's biggest racist? Only one way to find out.

Can this city, a city that hasn't had a real top notch QB in decades actually deliver one to their beleaguered fanbase? What do long time students of sports think of their possibilities to land a QB. Is it right to believe the football people are better at their job than the public relations people? Should we keep our expectations even lower?

A classic installment from Reese Waters. The show Intervention comes up and there are some aspects about it that require some discussion.
