The Washington Football Team has shed the name that after 18 months has grown so accustomed to fans in the area. What do we do with all of our WFT gear not that they are the Commanders. We are commanders.

It took 18 months. There was a lot of discussion about which name. Why this name? Why that name? Brigade? Belters? Red Wolves? The Washington Football Team? DCFC? Nope, there is a new name. We are the Washington Commanders and people have some thoughts.

The captain of the Red Wolves fan club, a team great and one of the best broadcasters that has ever dropped some material on a mic. Fred Smoot is on and we see if he thinks the new name is fire or not?

After two days of conjecture and mystery, Tom Brady ripped off the bandage and retired officially. If only it were that easy with this new name nonsense. Reese talks with Nick Stevens from Boston about Brady & QBs, then takes calls on the Admelters, or Comadrils or the Belterels... or whatever the new name will be.

Commander is a boring name unless you realize we are all commanders. We all have the power to be the change we want to see. Reese takes a look at the name we are all expecting to land on our doorstep tomorrow morning.

We are coming down to the wire and now new name leaks are floating out everywhere and yet there is no real official leak that we can definitively say that this is the name. We still wait. We still debate. It's the final day for the Hail Mary pitch to not use Commanders.
