This episode is a response to an article by Fr. Lawrence Farley titled "David Bentley Hart's That All Shall Be Saved: A Review and Rejoinder" (link below). More accurately, this episode is a series of reflections prompted by reading Fr. Farley's article. In this episode, I sometimes respond to Fr. Farley as though he were Protestant or evangelical, which he is decidedly not. What I'm really doing in those instances is responding to similar arguments that could be made within the more Protestant world that I inhabit. As such, the Calvinist annihilationist Chris Date also receives several mentions. Fr. Farley's article is excellent and well-written, and I encourage everyone to check it out even if I remain on the side of David Bentley Hart.
