In today's episode, Tori is talking about group coaching and what it is actually like. What Tori had found in group coaching she had been apart of previously was there was no real accountability. No one was paying attention to if she was there or not. When Tori set out to make her group coaching program 'Cultivating Confidence to Smash your Sales' she wanted to use her previous experiences and for it to be a really unique group coaching program, something that isn't widely available on the market.

Opportunity costs. It is an economic theory that the opportunity costs is the loss or the benefit that could have been enjoyed if the best alternative was chosen. Basically, if you don't choose the best choice or you choose one choice over another, there is always a give or take in the back end.

In the past, Tori had used Business Coaches in one-off strategy sessions and deep dive intensives, for things that would push her over a hurdle or get her to the next goal but not a coach that was going to really level her up, hold her hand and get her to push her boundaries and get out of her comfort zone..
