In this episode my wife Donna and I discuss how the CliftonStrengths assessment impacted our marriage. We discuss what the assessment is, what you can learn from it and why you should consider taking it to improve your relationships, work and personal life.
To take the CliftonStrengths assessment go to the Gallup website at https://www.gallup.com/access/. You will have the choice to take either the Top 5 or All 34 Assessment. We highly recommend you take the All 34 Assessment because the reporting is so much more robust.
We encourage you to share your report with your spouse or others in your family. If you are married we encourage both of you to take the assessment and discuss your results.
We would love to hear your stories and comments.
