How do I raise capital to invest in real estate deals? Mike and Mark share their experience and knowledge on the topic! A few key points:

-Be consistent. Talk to everyone about what you’re doing. It takes time to build that trust and track record

-Treat investor money like your OWN money

-Align interests. Put your own money into the deal to make investors feel more secure.

-“A ‘No’ is simply a delayed ‘Yes’”. Great mindset!

-Know your stuff. Know the numbers on the deal and how to explain them in simple terms

-Investors are investing more in YOU than they are in any property

-Be patient. Mikes mentor says it usually takes 2 years from initial conversation to when they finally invest with you. Keep it up!
