There are distraction that exist in a relationship, life continues to go and move forward at rapids speeds and we need a strategy to help us stay and/or get back on track. We allow the power to commit to this rule, in order to have many successful relationships and that is LOVE. Also Commit is a power in its self. I hope you enjoy!

As you design your relationships there will come distractions of many sorts, be aware and have a strategy. These few things might help you.

Have you ever had a moment in time or a great day, where everyone was smiling at you and slapping you high fives everywhere you went? Positive energy can do that sometimes! lol

Sometimes break ups happen for various reasons. Feel through them and allow that shit to sink in so you can deal and heal.

When I think about my relationships, my goal and thoughts are, how can I bring value to this relationship. There are a few guidelines I follow to help me with this. One of them is being present as a gift! lol the other major one is understanding. This one is a MAJOR KEY to unlock my true value with each person.

Move your body! Get Up and DO something. Whatever that looks like for you just do it.
